PeerBot Privacy Notice
PeerBot is a text- and phone-based support platform that may provide encouragement, resource navigation, motivational support, recovery information, referrals, and connection to community programs. PeerBot may operate directly or through partner services, community organizations, recovery programs, or branded support lines (collectively, “Affiliated Services”).
Information We Collect
Information collected may include your phone number, message content, interaction history, support preferences, participation in incentives or rewards programs, records of consent, and limited service usage information needed to operate and improve support. We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the service.
Text Messaging and Consent
Participation in PeerBot text messaging is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving other services.
When you opt in to PeerBot messaging, your phone number may be used to provide the support, information, reminders, resource navigation, incentive-related communications, or other messages described when you enroll.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
PeerBot maintains records of messaging consent as reasonably necessary to operate the service and document enrollment.
Use and Disclosure of Information
Messages may be processed by automated systems, including artificial intelligence tools, and may be reviewed or routed to trained human responders or peer supporters when needed to provide the service. Information may also be processed by service providers that support the technical operation of PeerBot.
PeerBot and its affiliated services do not sell personal information.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliated organizations for their own marketing or messaging purposes.
Security and Confidentiality
Reasonable steps are taken to protect stored information. However, text messaging, telephone communications, mobile networks, and internet-based systems cannot be guaranteed to be completely confidential or secure.
Important Limitations
PeerBot is not an emergency response service, crisis intervention service, medical treatment, legal advice, or psychotherapy.

Participation in PeerBot support programs and incentive programs is voluntary and may be subject to additional program terms.
Your use of PeerBot is subject to this Privacy Notice and the applicable Terms and Conditions. Consent to receive text messages is obtained separately through the applicable PeerBot or Affiliated Service enrollment process.
